I just noticed that the data center where the organizer fetching the data is updating slower than the main site of google. I have posted 3 times already I guess in this post and almost sudden google.com main site pick up my post immediately. But when I am checking the data center where they are fetching the result , the result is almost 12 hours or more late.

I am not sure if I am only the one who observe this. My question is why they used the said data center why they don’t used google.com main site.

If this is the case, you can’t see instantly effect of what you’re doing in your site. You need to wait for sometime.
