In my own opinion and some expirement, google don’t really care of quality content and fresh content. They give more important to back links the more back links your site have the more google will love your site. I have been obsever this for long time and still the more back link your site have the higher SERP you get.

There are many sites and blogs who are providing fresh contents and quality content but they were out rank by site that already dormant and never been updated since they were created, but they have tons of back link.

We been heard many articles and words from google that they are doing some changes, and so on and so on for the benifit of the internet surfer. They said they are providing quality search result to their customer but is it true? How they can measure how the content of the site by giving more density to a site with large back link. The site owner can hire someone to build huge back link to his site to dominate a certain niche, out ranking a site with high quality content , fresh content, and frequently updated content with little back link.
