I admit during my first 3 years in the Internet Marketing, searching a good niche is really hard for me. I don’t know how to start or where should I start. Since you’re reading this post I bet you have also strugling this problem.

Selecting and finding a niche is one of the most critical part of creating your Virtual Real Estate. No matter what promotion you made if you don’t get the good niche to target then for sure it’s a failure. But if you select a good niche the success is almost there.

You need to understand that when we said target a specific niche, this mean you need to target a specific group of person not topic. Sometimes webmasters and newbies thought that niche is a topic. For example you selected the Golf niche, your target here are the golfer, they are the group of people who are playing the golf. I will discuss more about this in the future for now let’s focus on how you can find a good niche.

The easiest way to find a niche is to become a problem solver. Yes that’s true.  If you see problems of every group or individual then instantly you’ve find a good niche. All you have to do is find solution of the problems.

if you look for a
group of people that have a nagging, annoying,
frustrating and itching problem, these are THE
best type of people who are willing to exchange
money in order to get hold of an information
product or some service to solve that problem.

Rather than spending to much time using your marketing and keyword tool researching that don’t even answer “What is the solution of a specific problem” why not do this.

Ask your self what product or service you want to start. Does this product will help people or group of people to solve their problem? For instantce, I am planning to create  my ebook called “101 ways to find good niche”

Does that will solve problem of newbies who are strugling finding niche? There are so many people on the net that really facing this problem. In this case I found a good niche, a group of people willing to buy and information that will solve their problem.
