I know many of you have already used google chrome or try how google chrome works, it’s been 3 days since it was launch, it’s time to input some review on google chrome browser. I have been heard some comment on it and I want also to input my own review on it.

On Tuesday the launch date of google chrome I rush to the browser official download page and download the browser installer and install to my PC the said browser. To be honest I am excited to test and curious even do I love FireFox. After using it from time to time exploring the net, I want to share my person review on google chrome.

The looks of the browser is very simple, if you’re like me who loves FireFox you will miss some of the buttons, and menus. For now the chrome don’t even have plugins like firefox but of course the browser is new so let’s give them some time the browser is on beta any way. What I like with the browser is that it uses more screenspace, it load pages fast. What I really don’t like with it is the privacy policy, you better read the privacy policy and terms before using it, so that you can change the default settings for your privacy.

My personal testing: Chrome is the fastest browser I have ever used. More structured TechCrunch testing showed similar results: It’s fast.

CNET agrees, but their approach was biased towards Google. Chrome came out way ahead in a suite of Javascript benchmark tests. The only problem is that Google hosts the tests and flat out says they tuned their V8 Javascript engine around them. The test does show Chrome coming out way ahead of other browsers (for me, Chrome had a score of 403 v. IE7’s 18). Try it out for yourself.

And also try the SunSpider Javascript benchmark test as well. Firefox’s new build, which runs the TraceMonkey engine, comes in marginally faster than Chrome there.

Today Yahoo’s Zimbra team also published their own test results based on how well different browsers ran the Javascript-heavy Zimbra web application. No surprise: Chrome beat the pants off of Firefox and (especially) IE8. But…Safari came in slightly ahead of Chrome.
